WHAT AM I SIGNING UP FOR?
Banquet - Oct to early Dec (several hours)
 | Invitations - create invites, mail, RSVP, name tags; also make program |
| Players’ Gifts - coordinate with Players’ Gift chairperson to wrap gifts |
| Day of Event - set up, greeters, present gifts, table centerpieces |
Banquet Video - Oct to early Dec (few hours)
| Ongoing game clips - work with senior captains to get highlights and music selection |
| Video Production Services - provide VPS with clips and bring finished copy to banquet |
| Day of Banquet - bring DVD player & speakers to Banquet, run Video |
Freshmen Events: Spirit Buttons, Pasta, Players’ Hoagies, Banquet

| Freshman Banquet also entails ordering banquet food |
Golf Committee - Now to June 26 (few hours)
| Pre event - create program, Order Event day golf giveaway, Make Player # Board |
| Donations - ask local business for a gift certificate or sponsorship |
| Day of Event - help golfers register, sell raffle chances, coordinate prizes |
Hoagie Day - Sept or Oct game (few hours)
| Pre event - obtain vendor, get selections from players, order hoagies, drinks & snack |
| Day of Event - load hoagies & drinks into cooler and transport to game, serve hungry guys |
Memory Book - Oct to Nov end (several hours)
| Game Photos - track game scores, clip newspaper sports articles, gather photos |
| Assemble Book – seniors’ dedicated pages, make game pages, send to printer |
Pasta Dinners - Aug 31 & Nov 8 (couple hours)
| Notify - let players and parents know what to bring |
| Table Dishes - head up food tables by replenishing dishes and cleanup |
Pizza - Nov 21 (couple hours)
| Notify - let players and parents know when and to bring drinks |
| Pizza - order pizzas, pick-up, and serve players |
Photographer Liaison Ongoing (several hours)
| Game Coverage - make sure school photographer or other able to take game photos each week |
| Distribute Photos - select a game photo of week and email out, give photos to memory book, make players’ personalized photo CDs, and bring remaining photos to banquet |
Players’ Gifts - Oct to Nov end (several hours)
| Order - freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors have specified gifts and some need engraving and sizes |
| Delivery - work with Banquet chairperson to wrap gifts |
Programs Game Day (couple hours)
| Pickup - home games pick-up programs several hours before game |
| Sales - must be available to be at field about 45 minutes before game start |
50/50 Raffle Game Day (couple hours)
| Sales - available to be at field early 6:45 pm and at halftime. |
Senior Recognition Night Sept to Oct (several hours)
| Program Book – gather fun facts. Make book with write up and photo of senior players |
| Day of Event - lineup players & parents, handout flowers & program |
Spirit Team Buttons August (few hours)
| Take Photos - available early afternoon to take photos |
| Assemble Buttons - evening or weekend with button machine; bring to
first pasta dinner in August |
