The Russian tortoise is another tortoise that has been kept as a pet. Their diet focuses mainly on broad leaves, with some fruits and vegetables. Again, the male is smaller than the female unlike most humans. The male usually reaches about 6’’ long, and the female reaches about 9'' long.
